What
does your "standard" package include?
Our standard package includes two nights accommodation in a twin
room in a centrally located hotel and a category 3 match ticket.

When will I
receive my match ticket?
Due to the fact that the match tickets are not printed until the
week leading up to the game we do not have time to arrange for
them to be delivered to the UK, therefore you match ticket will
be couriered to your hotel on the Friday or Saturday before the
game, you will be able to pick them up from reception.

When will the match
kick off?
This is difficult to predict, for in Spain and Italy games can
be switched for television coverage during the week prior to the
match. Weekend matches will take place anytime between early evening
on Saturday to the evening of the Sunday. We therefore recommend
that you plan a two night stay (Saturday and Sunday) at the very
least to guarantee you see the match. Contact us a few days before
you fly and we should have the definitive kick off information
for you.

Where will my seat be located and can I upgrade?
For the majority of teams we offer 3 seating categories, for more
detailed information please see the stadium plan located on each
teams fixtures page. Ticket upgrades are available at a supplement

Yes we do, please contact us about a fixture that interests you.

Can you organise
flights for me?
Yes we certainly can. The reason why we do not include flights
in our standard packages is so that we can find the best available
flights for you at the time of booking, enabling you to take advantage
of any offers currently available through no frills airlines.
We will also search flights from your local airport, you wont
necessarily be stuck with a London departure!! You are of course
free to source and book your own flights.

Can I stay for extra
nights?
Certainly, all our packages are fully flexible so that you can
tailor them to your requirements.

Can
you organise any "added extras"?
Be it airport parking in the UK, private airport transfers, stadium
transfers overseas, a city tour, a stadium tour, a top restaurant
booking or ideas as to what to do in the city itself or "off
the beaten track" our team will be able to make all the arrangements
to make your break unique and special.

Do you provide
match tickets only?
No, match tickets only come as part of an accommodation package.

Can you provide
tickets to UK matches?
No, it is illegal for anyone other than the club to sell tickets
to matches involving English or Welsh football teams. This includes
UEFA competition. For any such request please contact the club
directly.
